Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of vyrox.edu.kg and the two forms on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

VYROX Education Academy is the academic and professional development division of VYROX, based at Level 16, The Vertical Business Suite Tower A, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "VYROX Education" mean that organisation.

2. What this website is

This site describes our certification programmes and lets you send an enrolment enquiry or an internship application. It is not a learning platform: no course is delivered here, and creating an enquiry does not create an account.

We try to keep every figure on this site accurate, but content may change without notice. Programme details, durations and tuition shown here are indicative. The written quotation an advisor sends you takes precedence over anything published on this site.

3. What a VYROX Education certificate is

We would rather be precise about this than let you assume something generous.

• Our certificates are professional certifications issued by VYROX. They evidence that you were assessed against our published criteria and met them.
• They are not academic degrees, and they are not issued by a national qualifications authority. They do not carry academic credit transferable to a university unless that university independently agrees to recognise them.
• Where a programme prepares you for a third-party certification such as the KNX Association's, that is stated on the programme, and the certificate is issued by that body under its own rules, fees and assessment. Passing our programme does not guarantee you will pass theirs.
• "Credit hours" shown on a programme describe our own notional study load. They are not university credits.

Recognition by any specific employer, regulator or institution is that party's decision, not ours, and we do not promise it.

4. Enquiries, enrolment and tuition

• Submitting the enrolment form is an enquiry, not an enrolment. It creates no contract and no obligation on either side.
• An advisor reviews your background against the programme prerequisites. We may recommend a different entry point, or decline the enrolment, if the programme is not suitable for you.
• You are enrolled only once we have confirmed your place and the tuition in writing and you have accepted it.
• Tuition shown on a programme card is the full published price for that programme in US dollars and includes its assessment and certification. Discounts, group pricing and payment arrangements are confirmed in your written quotation.
• Any refund, deferral or transfer terms are set out in the enrolment confirmation you receive. Nothing on this public site should be read as a refund policy.

5. Internship applications

• Submitting an application is not an offer of a placement, and receiving one is not an offer of employment.
• Places are limited by how many interns we can properly supervise at one time. We may decline an application without giving detailed reasons.
• You confirm the information and the resume you submit are accurate and your own. Material misrepresentation ends the application, and the placement if one has already begun.
• If you are placed, a separate written internship agreement governs the placement itself, including any allowance, working arrangements and confidentiality.
• Work you produce during a placement on VYROX projects belongs to VYROX, save for anything the internship agreement expressly reserves to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else's personal information
• Upload any file containing malicious code, or attempt to disguise a file's true type
• Probe, scan or attempt to breach the site, its forms or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to submit forms, scrape content, or harvest contact details
• Copy our curriculum, programme descriptions or materials for commercial use without written permission

We rate-limit submissions and block automated abuse. Access may be withdrawn without notice if you do any of the above.

7. Intellectual property

The content, structure, design, curriculum descriptions and images on this site belong to VYROX unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and quote reasonably from this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, resell it, or present it as your own.

Third-party names and standards referred to here — ISO, KNX, MSC Malaysia, CIDB and others — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what our programmes cover.

8. External links

This site links to WhatsApp and to VYROX profiles on third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from decisions you make in reliance on indicative information published on this site rather than on your written quotation or enrolment confirmation.

11. Privacy

How we handle the information you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
